Athens plague

In the second year of the Peloponnesian war plague struck Athens when they were least expecting it and it led to them losing the war. Just like the coronavirus outbreak came at a time when no one was expecting it and were not prepared for a pandemic. Unlike the plague that hit Athens, the coronavirus is all over the world and not just a city-state.
