North and South America test

Today we had the North, Central and South America test. I think I did pretty well on it. I am very thankful of that online quiz to use a study tool. The hardest part for me was the Central American part, there is a lot crammed together in the same area. We started on the time zones today and so far I am understanding it. I think it was interesting what we talked about today, what if we were all on the same timeline. I think it was a good idea because times would just mean different things depending on where you live, everything would be easier.

There were terrible things that the Kings and their families did to stay in power. Family members killed other family members to steal power. It was very corrupt and the royal families were tyrants to the Roman people. The people were eventually able to get rid of Kings for many centuries. There were so many crazy things happening in the government that the people got tired of and overthrew. The Patricians dominated the government. They had all the money and power. the Plebians had no rights. They refused to serve in the military until things became more even and they had written laws.
